what to bring
SPIN CLASSES: Our Bikes brand is Stages SC2 with a LOOK KEO pedal. Feel free to bring your own shoes if they have the LOOK KEO cleats, but if not we do offer shoe rental at no charge. Towel service is also complimentary. Wear comfortable, breathable clothing and socks are MANDATORY if renting our shoes. You will SWEAT so bring lots of water! We have a cold water dispenser available for free and bottled water for $2 if you forget yours.
GROUP FITNESS: Please bring clean running shoes and wear comfortable workout appropriate clothing and your water bottle, we will supply the rest. NOTE: for cardio kickboxing you will require hand wraps so bring your own if you have or we have them available for $10.
STUDIO ETIQUETTE:
Please do not leave mid-class or our instructor will follow you out to make sure you are OK. This will disrupt the class immensely as you can imagine, please use the washroom or fill your water prior to class.
where do i park?
Parking is located just passed the studio in front of CanGolf. Head towards the second Moose Meadows building near the train tracks and find your spot. No payment required. PLEASE NOTE: there is no parking in front of our door, these stalls are for Bighorn Sheetmetal only.
cancellation & Waitlist policy
Rock Cycle & Studio has a 4-hour cancellation policy for daytime classes or 10-hour policy for early morning classes. If you cancel your reservation before this timeframe, your credit will be returned to you. If you cancel after this point, your credit will be lost. Although our booking system will allow a late night cancelation after the 10-hour window for early morning classes, we have the rights to manually apply the class credit in the event of a late cancellation. Unlimited packages (intro offers, monthly recurring, etc.) will be charged $10 plus GST for classes and $50-$80 plus GST for personal training canceled within this timeframe and $10 plus GST for class no-shows and $65 - $100 plus GST for personal training no-shows. If three unpaid late cancellations and/or no shows are accumulated on an unlimited package, the package will be frozen until the charges can be applied.
WAITLIST POLICY
When classes are booked full, clients can join the waiting list. Joining the waitlist is a commitment to attend and includes the same cancellation policies as regular bookings. A spot may open a few minutes before class time and if you are still on the waitlist, we treat it as being signed up and you will be added to class. If a spot does not open open, you will not be charged. Please, remove yourself from the waitlist if you can no longer attend. There is no penalty or charge for removing yourself from the waitlist at any time, even within the 4-hour window.
All cancelations must be made via Mindbody, no phone calls or email cancelations will be accepted.
We understand delays happen, but your safety and understanding of Rock Cycle & Studio is critical. First timers - Please arrive 15 minutes early to receive a tour and introduction to the studio and the classes and communicate any pre-existing injuries. Students who arrive after class has started will not be admitted to class. The late cancel/no show policy will be enforced for students not admitted to class. No refunds issued for denied entry.
Rock Cycle & Studio reserves the right to cancel classes due to not enough participants, staff illness, or reasons outside of our control but will try to give at least 12 hours notice.

Suspension and Cancellation Policy Suspension Terms (Auto Renew Only):
• You can freeze your monthly pass twice a year at any time within a 6 month period.
• The freeze can only be requested in 1-month increments
• Following the end of your requested freeze period, your monthly auto-
renew will automatically be reactivated
Auto Renew Cancellation Terms:
• To request a cancellation, please contact us via email 30 days prior to the cancellation. Any canceled auto-renew contracts subject to a $50 cancelation fee if within first 3 months. No penalty for canceling after 3 months.
• This request must be received at least 30 days in advance of your billing cycle. (ex: If you are scheduled to be charged on February 14th and you want to cancel for the month of February, you must tell us by January 14th)
• Cancellations must be made 30 days in advance of next payment. 1 month hold every 6 months
terms and conditions
All services purchased from Rock Cycle & Studio must be preceded by the applicant acknowledging, by way of completing a Liability/Waiver Form, that he/she has no physical limitations preventing him/her from participation. The applicant agrees to abide by the rules and regulations of Rock Cycle & Studio and acknowledges that these rules may change from time to time. Furthermore, all applicants release Rock Cycle & Studio, its owners, directors, managers, contractors and all employees of all liability regarding 1) Any injury to self or child. 2) Any loss or damage to personal property. If purchasing packages that require payments to be made in instalments, the applicant agrees to approve such instalments be made by credit card on the dates as predetermined in the services contract.

return policy
All payments must be received prior to the start of class or private sessions. Classes/class packages and personal training are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Registered Events & Workshops
It is our policy that no refunds will be provided for Workshop or Event Cancellations. However, a credit to your account will be made available up to (5) days prior to the event or you may arrange for an alternate person in your place. We will only offer a refund for an event or workshop if Rock Cycle & Studio needs to cancel the event or workshop due to low sign ups.
Retail Goods
Any retail goods purchased at Rock Cycle & Studio can be exchanged or returned for store credit within 7 days of purchase with receipt. No refunds will be issued. Please note that all items must be in original condition with all packing material and documentation.
Expiry Dates Policy:
• All single class, class pass passes are valid for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
• All unlimited packages are valid for a period of the specified package bought from the date of the first visit.

Agreement, Release and Waiver of Liability

This form is an important legal document. It explains the risks you are assuming by beginning an exercise program and/or participating in any classes at Rock Cycle & Studio. It is critical you read and understand it completely. After you have done so, please print your name legibly and sign in the spaces provided at the bottom.
Waiver, Informed consent, and covenant not to sue
I have volunteered to participate in a class, course or program containing physical exercise under the direction of a qualified staff member at Rock Cycle & Studio, but may not be limited to indoor cycling, yoga, barre, Pilates, TRX, Zumba, weight/or resistance training, or any other classes offered on any specific day. In consideration of the staff at Rock Cycle & Studio, agreement to instruct, assist, and train me, I do here release and discharge and hereby hold harmless the staff at Rock Cycle & Studio, and their respective agents, heirs, assigns, contractors and employees from any and all claims, demands, damages, rights or causes of action, present and future, arising out of or connected with my participation in this or any program or class including any injuries resulting from them. This waiver and release from liability includes, without limitation, injuries which may occur as a result of (1) my use of all amenities and equipment in Rock Cycle & Studio, and facilities or premises and my participation in any activity, class program, personal training or instruction (2) Equipment that may malfunction or break (3) their negligent instruction or supervision (4) any slipping and/ or falling dropping of equipment while on Rock Cycle & Studio, premises.
Assumption of Risk
To my best knowledge I am in good physical condition and have no disease, physical limitation, health concern or injury that would be aggravated or would be the cause of any injury sustained, before, during or as a result of my participating in activities related either directly and/ or indirectly to the staff at Rock Cycle & Studio.
I recognize that exercise might be difficult and strenuous and there could be dangers inherent in exercise for some individuals. I acknowledge that the possibility of certain unusual physical changes during exercise does exist. These changes include abnormal blood pressure; fainting; disorders in heartbeat; heart attack; and, in rare instances, death.
I understand that as a result of my participation in an exercise or other program, I could suffer an injury or physical disorder that could result in my becoming partially or totally disabled and incapable of performing any gainful employment or having a normal social life.
I recognize that an examination by a physician should be obtained by all participants prior to involvement in any exercise or physical program. If I have chosen not to obtain a physician’s permission prior to beginning this exercise or physical program at Rock Cycle & Studio I hereby agree that I am doing so at my own risk.
In any event, I acknowledge and agree that I assume the risks associated with any and all activities and/ or exercises in which I participate.
I acknowledge and agree that no warranties or representations have been made to me regarding the results I will achieve from this program. I understand that results are individual and may vary.
I acknowledge that I have thoroughly read this waiver and release and fully understand that it is a release of liability. By signing this document, I am waiving any right I or my successors might have to bring a legal action or assert a claim against Rock Cycle & Studio, for your negligence or that of your employees, agents, or contractors.
