CLASSES WE OFFER

  • RHYTHM & Ride (spin)

    Do you enjoy cycling to great music while burning a ton of calories? This is a great cardio class for those who want to have fun and want to workout to the beat of the (warning: LOUD) music.

  • Mat Pilates

    A strengthening and lengthening class that focuses on your core muscles while also working the arms and legs. This class will give you a full body, low-impact workout and a great stretch.

  • YOGA flow

    Yoga is a set of poses combined with breathing exercises and meditation to benefit mental and physical health.

  • HIIT

    High Intensity Interval Training: A full body rigorous workout in a high energy sequence of exercises. This class will get your heart pumping and your muscles working! Strength and endurance will result with regular classes as you will be pushed to the limits and will leave feeling strong.

  • TRX

    A class using suspension and body weight, this class is great for strength and for those who need an intense yet moderately low impact.

  • FatBurn

    Is an interval training workout with a goal of improving overall fitness, strength, and endurance in a fun and supportive group setting. Be prepared to sweat, work hard, and leave feeling accomplished!

    You can expect cardio, light weights, bodyweight exercises, such as pull-ups, pushups, lunges and crunches, as well as drills.
